Petra Niles M.S.G Gerontologist and Senior Manager of African American Services at Alzheimer’s Los Angeles.

Petra has an extensive background in aging issues such as care management, elder abuse, program development and curriculum development. Her experience is matched only by her commitment to bringing information and awareness to the African American community both in Los Angeles and across the country.

She has worked tirelessly to form strategic partnerships in the LA area as well as implementing culturally specific workshops and collaborations with faith-based institutions, and others. Petra has also been a powerful force in connecting and collaborating with Alzheimer’s organizations and interested individuals across the country with a focus on marginalized communities and health equity.
